Q.When should I pay the room charge?

A.You are asked to pay the room charge when you check in by cash or credit card. You can also choose to pay the charge in advance by bank transfer or at the front desk. In this case, please contact us.

Q.Do you have non-smoking rooms?

A.All rooms are non-smoking in both the Main Building and the Bettei.
Guests who wish to smoke are asked to use the smoking room on the first floor of the Main Building.

Q.Do you have a curfew?

A.No. Once you have checked in, you can come and go as you like until the check-out time (10:00). The front desk is open 24 hours a day.

Q.Can I use the Internet?

A.Yes. Each guest room is equipped with Wi-Fi and a LAN cable to connect to the Internet. We do not provide rental PCs, though.

Q.Can I access the Wi-Fi network?

A.Yes. All guest rooms, the lobby and vending machine room on the second floor of the Main Building are Wi-Fi networked.
To use Wi-Fi, you have to enter a password, which is given at the front desk upon request.
Wi-Fi service is available in all guest rooms. To use Wi-Fi, you have to enter the ID and pass word which are provided in your room.

Q.Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out?

A.Yes. You can leave your luggage at the front desk, though some items such as valuables may not be accepted.
Please note that we do not offer a porter service to carry your luggage to your room.
Your understanding is appreciated.

Q.Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

A.Yes. In this case, please be sure to specify your check-in date and full name on the shipping slip. We will keep your luggage at the front desk until you check-in.
Please note, however, that we cannot accept anything sent on a cash-on-delivery basis or by refrigerated delivery service.

Q.What should I do if I arrive at the hotel late at night?

A.If you are likely to arrive more than two hours later than your scheduled check-in time, please contact us without fail. In case you have not specified your check-in time, please contact us if you plan to check in after 22:00.
Please note that if we are not contacted, your reservation may be cancelled. You do not have to contact us if you arrive earlier than scheduled.

Q.Can I stay at the hotel after the check-out time?

A.Our check-out time is 10:00. If you stay after 10:00, you are required to pay an additional charge for late check-out as shown below.

Additional charges for a single room: until 11:00 = 500 yen; until 12:00 = 1,000 yen; until 13:00 = 1,500 yen; until 15:00 = 2,500 yen
Additional charges for a double room: until 11:00 = 700 yen; until 12:00 = 1,400 yen;until 13:00 = 2,100 yen; until 15:00 = 3,500 yen
Additional charges for a twin room: until 11:00 = 1,000 yen; until 12:00 = 2,000 yen;until 13:00 = 3,000 yen; until 15:00 = 5,000 yen
Additional charges for a Premier double room: until 11:00 = 1,000 yen; until 12:00 = 2,000 yen;until 13:00 = 3,000 yen; until 15:00 = 5,000 yen
Additional charges for a Premier twin room: until 11:00 = 1,000 yen; until 12:00 = 2,000 yen;until 13:00 = 3,000 yen; until 15:00 = 5,000 yen

* Check-out after 15:00 is subject to the full room charge.

* We may not be able to meet requests for late check-out during peak season or when the hotel is fully booked.

Q.What is the room charge for a child?

A.We do not set a room charge for children. A child under six years of age can stay free of charge if an additional bed is not needed.
The standard room charge is applied to a child aged six years or older.

Q.Is there a convenience store near the hotel?

A.Yes, there is a 7-Eleven located within 0 minute walking distance. 
They open 24 hours, and sell alcoholic beverages and cigarettes. 
We also sell alcoholic beverages, soft drink, water, light meal and snacks at a vending machine room on the second floor of the Main Building.

Q.Can I bring my pet with me?

A.We regret to inform you that you are not allowed to stay with your pet.
We don't permit you to bring any pets into a guest room and on our premises.
Please make sure not to bring any pets. And we don't keep them at the hotel.

about the parking lot

Q.Can I reserve a space in the parking lot in advance?

A.No. The parking lot accommodates 45 vehicles on a first-come-first-served basis. We do not accept reservations for spaces for ordinary passenger cars.

Q.What should I do if the hotel’s parking lot is full?

A.If the “Lot Full” sign is shown, please contact the front desk. We will direct you to a nearby parking lot. This parking lot is not affiliated with our hotel and you have to pay to use it.
Please be aware that you may find the parking lot full after going out by car and returning to the hotel.

Q.Can I park my car at the hotel’s parking lot from the morning of the check-in day (or till the evening of the check-out day)?

A.The parking fee is 1,300 yen per night, from 13:00 on the day you check-in to 13:00 the following day.
To use the parking space beyond these hours, an additional payment of 200 yen per 30 minutes is required. (Please pay for parking at the machine located at the exit.)
If you need to park your car in the hotel’s parking lot outside the above hours, please inform the front desk when you check in.

Q.My car is taller than ordinary passenger cars. Can the hotel’s parking lot accommodate it?

A.The hotel’s parking lot has spaces at ground level and also an underground area.
The underground spaces can only accommodate vehicles up to a height of 2 m. The ground level area has no height limit.

Q.Can I park a car which is larger than a standard-sized car?

A.We have no parking available for vehicles that do not fit in regular passenger car spaces.
Microbuses, extra-tall vehicles, and other large vehicles may park in the bus parking area at the near by Kyoto Terrsa parking lot.
